Compliance should be able to have a gap

My client had stopped the compliance running in Feb this year and was wanting to restart it after IBM had fixed the product, but they cannot as it does not allow for a gap.  The restart was to have occurred from June.  When we try it reports the error "BMXAA0248E - End date is earlier than start date."  IBM has reported that it's working as designed i.e. that there should be no gaps in the compliance periods.  However, this does not allow for real world scenarios where a compliance may be stopped for a period, then restarted.

I'm proposing the IBM alter the compliance part of the Graphical Scheuler to allow for gaps.
