WO completed by mistake: Need to cancel

Occasionally, WOs get completed by mistake. The user needs to cancel the WO, since it is invalid. Currently, we can't cancel completed WOs in Maximo. It would be helpful IBM could enhance Maximo so that users can cancel completed WOs. Related post...
