Allow user to select a Fit To property for PDF when scheduling a report so that reports with many columns will not be cut off on the right side

emailed PDFs will be cut off if the report contains a lot of columns, preventing users from seeing all of their data. We have users experiencing this issue in Maximo 7.6.1

Create some type of notification that informs the user that a data export limit has been set via the system property [webclient.maxdownloadrows] , so they are aware that there data may get truncated.
