Configure proxy for ELM application to access resources on internet

We use IBM ELM application suite for our ALM requirement. We have a requirement to integrate ELM application to anotherapplication is which is internet facing. Since the ELM server doesn't have internet connection, our security team has provided a proxyURL through which the communication should establish. We have exported the proxy at server level and following that we are able tocurl response to the application which we have to communicate. We tried going through some tech notes to configure proxy in liberty butit didn't help.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.  We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

    Thank you submitting your Idea for ELM. It would help us if you could clarify what you need ELM to do with regards to proxies. While a proxy server is recommended for an ELM installation, it is outside the scope of the ELM implementation. Can you elaborate on the specific functionality you need added to ELM to address your issue?
