ETM: Synchronizing Test Cases and Suites in a Test Plan must be consistent - Its Not

In ETM Project Properties, section Test Case/Suite Preferences, there are four settings that control the synchronization of Test Cases and Suites in Test Plans. When checked all four, the Test Cases in the Test Suites and a Test Plan are synchronized, meaning that all Test Cases of the Test Suites are also in the Test Plan. However, this is not consistent:

Assume there is a Test Plan, and two Test Suites TS1 and TS2. TS1 has three Test Cases TC1, TC2 and TC3, and TS2 has three Test Cases TC1, TC4 and TC5. Note that TC1 is in both Test Suites.
1. When we a add TS1 to the Test Plan, TC1, TC2 and TC3 are also added to the Test Plan, as expected.
2. When we now add TS2 to the Test Plan, TC4 and TC5 are also added to the Test Plan, and since TC1 is already in the Test Plan because of TS1, it is not added a second time. This is as expected (a Test Case can only be in a Test Plan once).
3. When we now remove TS1 from the Test Plan, all its three Test Cases TC1, TC2 and TC3 are removed from the Test Plan. But TC1 should not be removed since it is also part of TS2. So the Test Cases of TS2 are now not in sync with the Test Plan.

Expected behavior: When removing a Test Suite from a Test Plan, its Test Cases should only be removed from the Test Plan if they are not also part of another Test Suite in the Test Plan.
