Can a new report be created, or the existing report enhanced, to allow for the Records Cost Audit to be based on "Updated_On" date? The current report is based on the record's "End_Date".
As an example, if a record is entered today with the incorrect date of 2019 instead of 2023, then it will impact the 2019 footprint. The 2019 footprint has been reconciled and the "books are closed". This would change the 2019 footprint and unfortunately this error may not be caught. Once the books are closed, i don't have a reason to look back to the previous years. Being able to search for any records entered/updated on a regular, say monthly, basis would provide a method for catching these errors.
The current search by end date is useful, but being able to query by updated date would be helpful. I hope this makes sense.

Hi Troy,
Thanks for raising the idea and your patience while we reviewing the request.
We are pleased to share that the functionality to search for records based on their 'Updated_On' date does exist. The 'Advanced Records' search feature allows users to search for records based on a variety of search criterias, such as record captured or uploaded date, record ending period, or by account styles etc.
You can access the Advanced Record Search feature via the global search bar, choose 'Records', and then click on the 'filter' icon to the left of the magnifier icon.
More information on this feature can also be found in Envizi's knowledge base article https://knowledgebase.envizi.com/home/searching-for-records.
Hope this addresses your need.
