Today, if there are e.g. 5 contributors set for one SRM question, then two of those people can access the SRM question workflow at the same time. But (1) there are sometimes errors when multiple users try to at the same time. and (2) contributors do not today get live update tracking when they access the workflow at the same time. This means that audit functionality and change tracking are limited when there are contributors. This also means that changes made at a later time may override some else's work.

Thanks for this idea Georgina. We understand the challenge of multiple contributors working at the same time and the risks of unintended overwriting of someone else's input. At this time, SRM requires users to deliberately save their edits, which means that concurrent editing can lead to data conflict. Live tracking is definitely a valuable feature but would require significant technical investment to build. That said, we'll continue to monitor demand for this feature and assess how it fits our long-term product roadmap.
