Develop a report which can identify the number of attachments on a record

For many records, the attachments are the evidence that data has been entered correctly. It provides quick access to reviewers to determine if variances in consumption are due to legitimate reasons or data being entered incorrectly. As such, identifying which records have no attachments applied to them adds another means to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Currently, there are many reports which allow a user to identify all the attachments that have been added into Envizi, however, there are no reports that indicate the number of attachments for a record. This type of report would allow a user to identify all the records where there are no attachments, and work with users to ensure attachments are added.

    Hi Jack,

This functionality already exists by searching for records using the global search bar and selecting 'advanced search' (screen shot 1). You can search for records based on various criteria (screen shot 2) and then filter the grid for # of attachments, add the attachments column using the settings cog (screen shot 3). This grid can be exported as a spreadsheet if you prefer to work that way.

Using the search criteria you can filter for a sub-set of all records by data type, supplier, date range etc depending on what you are reviewing.

As this functionality is already available, I will close out this request for enhancement.
