Add a file containing version information to the MAS Must Gather file.
The file should contain as much version information as possible.
Support organisations require information about the version information.
IBM Support require organisations to provide the Must Gather information when raising a case.
The current Must Gather information doesn't include the version information and that needs to be provided separately.
Use case:
Who would use this?
Project teams/support staff would use this to gather information when raising support cases
How frequently would it be used?
it would be used for every support case
Business justification:
What is the business impact of not having it?
It is more effort to gather this information and in some cases the information will not be gathered.
The failure to provide this will delay support calls
One workaround is to manually collect this ihnformation but this generates frustration particularly when the Must Gather tool could handle this.

I confirmed with my engineering team that our Must Gather already includes version information.
We capture the CRs (e.g. Suite, ManageApp, ManageWorkspace), which is where all the version information is stored.
