Using static texts with parameters in Self Serve

In our customers' current Self Service Center (SSC) application, in the offerings that use the default presentation, parameterized static text components are used to show different descriptions for each offering that provides additional information for end users. While this feature works as expected in existing SSC dialogs, we have learned through the support case "TS018509505" that it is currently not supported in Self Serve.

Given that SSC is on the roadmap to be deprecated and our customers are looking to transition to Self Serve, we would like to request the implementation of this feature in Self Serve as well.

You may find that how we use this functionality in Default Dialog XML in existing SSC below, and output for both SSC and Self Serve in attachments:

    Based on the support case and details provided here. IBM will plan to provide a solution in either the 9.2 release or before end of calendar year 2025. the work in the new framework is difficult and complex and will take time to code, test and prepare for support.
