Allow Background Synchronization

When users of Maximo Mobile make updates in the application while in a disconnected environment the updates will automatically process once a connection is established. However, this will only happen if the application is in the foreground. Many of our users will go to a remote location, carry out the work, then lock the device and travel back to a location where the device will regain connectivity, but they need to open the app again once they get there for the changes to sync up. It would be useful if this could happen in the background - even if it was a system property to control this.
