Better awareness that OSLC remote artefacts are not loaded

The Remote Artefacts Category allows access to the RM requirements when using RMM. This is cool and allows access to remote requirements for traceability purposes. You have to login to the server to gain access to the resources text (e.g. on the diagrams the text is then populated). If you generate code, produce documents, or publish the model diagrams when you are not logged into the remote servers then you get different results than if you are. This adds significant risk that a user will produce an incomplete document, generate code missing requirements, or publish diagrams that don't have the resources populated.

    This RFE may be implemented in a forthcoming release as part of a project to update and enhance the Rhapsody APis.
