Enable suspect links for artifact children changes

At the moment OSLC (agreed) links between DNG artifacts and RMM artifacts do not become suspect when a child object of an RMM artifact is changed. An example is a link from a DNG artifact to a "logical exchange" in RMM. When an attribute of a flow property, a child of the logical exchange, is changed, it will not turn the OSLC link into a suspect link.
If the change requst is fulfilled, we can save hundreds of links from individual flow properties to a DNG requirement and link directly to a logical exchange without risking unseen changes in flow properties.
