Add shortcut for the "Remove format" menu in the "Edit" menu of an artifact.

There is no shortcut for the "Remove format" menu in the "Edit" menu of an artifact. Users using copy paste of formated text from other applications like "MS Word" request such shortcut to improve there dayly efficiency.
