ICD unable to deliver Forward Schedule of Change

ICD currently unable to deliver Forward Schedule of Change.
End user requirements for forward schedule of change below:

Ability to auto generate and publish a Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) Calendar must include:
• Easily visible by ‘All Users' and mandatory viewing for ‘Change Implementer and Owner' and ‘Change Manager' security groups.
• Auto populate Calendar upon change ticket creation and first save - display clear category identification – colours for each category?
• Field definitions will be supplied and are based upon the current FSC and ICD fields - includes a hyperlink to the actual record - need to be able to access the full ticket when clicked on in Calendar.
• Calendar should be able to be filtered by any of the fields populated in the calendar.
• Ticket ‘Summary' to be displayed in Calendar view.
• Calendar view by day, week and month
• Ability to generate reports from the Calendar – e.g. monthly outage requirements reports
• Intended and actual planned outage periods? – currently done via the Calendar but is there another way of doing this in ICD – need ‘month to date' planned versus actual service outages (filterable), ‘last months' planned versus actual service outages (filterable) and ‘future months' planned service outages (filterable)
• Real-time auto reconciliation / update of Calendar.
• Auto notification to ITCM, CO and LM of additions or updates to the Calendar for Significant and Major category change where there is a: change to date /time of implementation, change to impacts, resubmit actions, rejection / approvals.
• Ability to apply moratorium (blackout) periods in Calendar.
• Australian Public holiday's auto populated.

    Thank you for the idea for IBM Control Desk. At this time IBM development will not be implementing this idea. We will close this idea for now and should it become a priority for many customers, we will revisit it again.
