Accept Selective Changes from a ChangeSet in DNG (instead of all)

Affected Users :

DNG Users

Use Case Description

  • There should be a possibility to accept only selective set of Requirements from a Parent to Child Stream from a Single Change Set.

Why ?

  • Basically we have Master Template contains "n" of Requirements.
  • We have Child Stream derived out of Master Template and Child Stream gets all the "n" of Requirements
  • Child Streams are maintained by several departments and they will delete the Requirements which are not needed for their department leads to "n-m" Requirements (Soft Deleted)
  • Whenever there is a changes in Master Template, Child Streams Responsibles would like to accept selective changes from a single Change-set instead of all the contents leads to Merge Conflicts and lot of manual work

Happy to demonstrate the use case if needed

Soft delete basically means : Removing artifacts from module but still exists in folder level as base artifacts

Can you please clarify what you mean by " delete the Requirements ... (Soft Deleted)"?
What is the operation executed by the users to do this soft delete?
