This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

IBM Envizi is GRESB's premier data partner and has dedicated API connection with GRESB web portal to allow data submissions. The API connection service is live 24/7.
One thing probably to be highlighted here is that data submission from Envizi to GRESB is not a one time exercise - data in Envizi can be transferred to GRESB via API for any number of times during the reporting season, should any data correction is required. Final submission to GRESB is still required in GRESB web portal by users after data transmissions from Envizi.
Alternatively, test location in Envizi can be set up by system administrator users to test the data connection with GRESB before the reporting season. The test location should be removed both in Envizi and GRESB web portal after the test. See this page for more details on creating a new asset in Envizi and syncing it up with GRESB:

IBM Envizi also provides a 'Validation' function through API - data can be sent to GRESB but with the intention to be validated only but not to be registered with GRESB. GRESB API will return any validation errors for the data. More details on the 'Validation' function can be found on the IBM docs page:
