Pre load DB in MAS Mobile

While working with Maximo mobile, we are experiencing issues with Pre-Load DB, and it is a very time-consuming task for everyone.Could you please check if there's an option to load this pre-load database on devices from the backend or any other method?

    Closing due to lack of response to the questions in the idea. The goal of preloaded database is to speed up the data transfer to the device. It still being transferred to the device and the time it would take to copy the file would be dependent on the network connection you have, there isn’t anything we can do about this. If you believe this is a bug, please create a support request for further investigation

    Are you experiencing issues to transfer the preloaded database to the device after it is generated on the server? Can you please share more details about this?
