Allow Maximo Mobile to be launched from another application

Another Mobile application may be used for another purpose and from within that other Mobile application, you need to launch functionality such as a specific Inspection Form in Maximo Mobile. There may be a link to submit an SR on an intranet page. If you are on your Mobile device, Maximo Mobile should be launched when you click on the link. If you are on a computer, the browser version should be launched.
