Recycle Bin to restore image within a data set

Users creating data sets might select the wrong image and hit delete. To be able to recover those images that are "moved" to a recycle bin would be helpful in allow the user to fix their work flow incase of an error.

In a DNG view we would like to be able to filter on attributes within CCM and RQM.
