Need the ability to create reports using ELM for Git commit data.

We have links in ELM between Git commits and RTC work items. Currently, there is no way to generate even basic reports on any Git information. Having this ability is highly valuable for analysis purposes.

In RPE Studio 6.0.6, master page "header from top" and "footer from bottom" properties cannot be variables, unlike top margin for example. We should be able to use external variables to specify these values, or why not, a script.
