Thank you for the idea for IBM Control Desk. At this time IBM development will not be implementing this idea. We will close this idea for now and should it become a priority for many customers, we will revisit it again.

Thanks for the comment. We will revisit this requirement when we have firm date for next generation UI.
It would be nice to have this functionality included in ICD classic and SSP, if the product is going to continue to be invested into, making it more intuitive/user friendly.
Can you please comment if this is still a needed requirement? Also, can you please confirm this is for Service Portal?
