This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Thank you for replying to this. Some other feedback I'd like to offer given your comments:
I think this highlights a flaw in the UX approach for this platform. You cited a back-end configuration issue as drive the need for a different location of the report data. Users don't care about this. This seems like yet another issue with bad architecture choices driving a lack of usability. For example, Envizi doesn't support multiple browser tabs even though Mozilla introduced it 20 years ago. Nor does it support the ability to use the back button, something all internet browsers have supported since the beginning. I realize that IBM bought Envizi rather than creating it internally. But I would strongly recommend you take a more user-centric approach to your interface design and feature set going forward.
Hi Dan, thank you for providing this feedback on the location of the Interval Data Bulk Extract report.
All reports in Envizi use the same underlying template, but the labels and dropdowns are customized for each report. However, the Interval Data Bulk Extract report contains some additional fields and selections and hence is effectively using a different template. This meant we were unable to open the form from the normal reports grid and hence it needed to be moved to the meters grid.
I understand that this can cause some confusion since all other reports are available via the Reports menu. At this stage we are unable to change this functionality but I have marked it for future consideration so it can be reviewed at a later date.
