    Add Capability to Publish to non-Default Versions of ESRI in Spatial

    The current Spatial Integration only integrates to the Default version of the ESRI MapServer. There is no ability to specify a non-Default Version. This is not considered best integration practice by ESRI according to our ESRI team.
