Mapping has begun for new "Data Administrator" role which will sit between general user and system administrator. Expected that we will release a new role by the end of July.
This would be amazing!
This is a must! Current general user access is very restrictive for analysts when you want to make quick updates to locations/accounts etc. turning a 2 second task into 10-30 mins... Also, access to see all files uploaded, even by other users, should be added to this in-between access level. Not having visibility of all uploads to the account can cause significant confusion and mean only the analyst performing the upload can do the necessary checks post upload.

Great idea. A tailored user profile for Data Managers would bridge the gap between overly restrictive General User permissions and the excessive access of System Admin roles. This middle-ground solution would enhance efficiency and security, allowing Data Managers to perform their duties effectively across diverse clients without compromising system integrity.
This is a great idea! This would save so much time with management and team members.
I support this - it would be very valuable for our organization for users to have more functionalities than General Users without the full access of admin!
I support this:- as it stands, General User access does not provide the required functionality for analysts to be able to efficiently do their jobs. A user profile with the same functions as System Admin but linked only to specific client accounts would reduce the number of tickets being logged with the Ambassador team, and allow analysts to complete data tasks quicker and more efficiently.
